MIME Decoding Body Language

Through a lot of research and scientific data, we know that most parts of our communication is non-verbal and is almost close to 93%. It is not what ‘I say’ but rather ‘How I say it’. (Research by Albert Mehrabian UCLA university).

Your ability to read and interpret body language can help you increase empathy and develop better negotiation skills. It can also help you with sales in terms of pitches, evaluating customer needs, etc.

Our signature program MIME arises from the science of BIOLOGY – of our brain. We understood communication through body language even before languages were formed. Today, it is about backing up body language, non-verbals to your verbiage.

It is not about the first impressions. Rather it is about understanding the meaning of those gestures, expressions, and postures that you give out and your ability to understand the non-verbals of others.

It is like reading in between the lines. It might be about closing a deal, negotiating, pitching an idea or impressing a High Net Individual (HNI) client. It could also be as a leader managing your team or in personal life relationships.

Fun fact no.1: None of our curriculum in school or college has ever trained us on using the power of non-verbals. We never train that part of our brain that reads non-verbals.

Fun fact no.2: Good news is you can learn them to scale up your quality of communication.

Our signature modules are based on

An assessment in the beginning: What gives us a breakthrough? and What needs to be enhanced and reworked about your non-verbal-posture, gesture, expressions, etc?

We tend to learn and grasp more when we know why we need to improvise. This is backed up by scientific research data and proven techniques that work universally for non-verbal communication.

How to do it.- With action steps that can be used both personally and professionally

Eg-Jai is an executive who is now being promoted to a new line of managers. While being an executive Jai exhibited certain aspects in his personality that displayed clues, postures, gestures and signals that of a subordinate. However now after the promotion, he has leveled up his position in the organization. So now using the same non-verbal traits as before can become inconvenient or difficult for him. It will lead to him being unable to manage his team/Subordinates. It is also possible that his colleagues won’t take him seriously.

With our customized coaching, Jai can not only level up at his game he can still maintain a bond with his colleagues that supports him, likes him and looks up to him.

These are specially designed programs ranging from a half day to full day where our coaching helps individuals in their transition of job roles by evaluating their non-verbals and coaching them to display or interpret clues with help of our body language tools. This then enables to evaluate and improvise on aspects of influence, likability, warmth, confidence, etc.

All our courses are power packed with self-help tools which we give out as gifts for a lifetime journey of self-learning and improvement.

  • For Students – We help them in cracking interviews, build a rapport at a new workplace.
  • For Sales Force/Customer Service Executive- We help them sensitize their non-verbal aspects to come across as warm, approachable, charismatic, rapport builders who are confident
  • For entrepreneurs – We help them in increasing influence and impact in front of investors, sales pitches, enhancing vocal power.
  • For Leaders – We help them in having the ability to read body language & amp; expressions, overall, power plays and more.
  • For Recruiters – We help them to read and evaluate micro expressions, counterfeit and validate the true meaning. Protect from wrong hiring.

While experience is extremely important its better to back it with accurate interpretation vs blindly going by your understanding.
